So I have a question last time I spoke with my peblo he said i was in the awaiting signature phase for tha Da199. It's been 2 - 3 weeks of that signature.

Does anyone have insight phone number or what going on. I understand there really busy. But my PLT sargeant got his da199 in 5 days of claims closed.

Everyone’s medical situation is different and goes through different channels. If your PEBLO says it’s awaiting signatures then it’s awaiting signatures. Standby to standby.
 
No two claims are the same. Timelines are impossible to predict.

How did everything turn out. Im waiti g on my da199 now.
 
It took like 2-3 week total once the claims are closed, if your awaiting signature your super close. Mines ran into some problem like the guys above posted every case is diffferent.

But holy hell once you get the DA199 and you sign it everything moves fast. I signed it on a Tuesday, got my orders on a Thursday. The following week i went on a clearing spree and left drum on Saturday. So basically 8 days once i got my orders.

If you wanna really make a case about it you can get an Ombudsman involved, they have the power to call the PEB directly. I got one involved and he told me you should receive your DA199 this week and that was the case.

Im hoping 3 weeks! My VA case closed November 10th im hoping to hear something this week. It will be the 3rd week.
