Figured this could help a few people around my timeline. I got a call from my Peblo today saying my 199 is on its way and I should be signing this afternoon. Was told my Army and VA ratings over the phone.

Can any one tell me how long it normally takes to receive orders once someone signed their 199? or who does the PEBLO sends the 199 to?

It took one day after to receive my orders which was last week.

It took one day after to receive my orders which was last week.

thank you very much, I just signed mine yesterday and I was told my papers are going to be sent to the retirement transition office and they will let me know to put in leave IOT receive orders.
