From reading this forum alot, I notice in many of the cases, the NARSUM is submitted after VA claims and C&P exams.
In my case my PEBLO already has my NARSUM, with both of my referred conditions, and he says its already signed by the MEB officer, although I haven't signed anything yet. Is this going to screw me?
It just seems different than most cases, and I would appreciate any information or input.
