This morning I am scheduled for a NARSUM Dictation. What can I expect and what should I focus on? Is this the beginning step for my packet to be sent to the MEB Stage? Any input appreciated.

I have not heard this term specifically. On my first trip through the MEB/PEB process I met with the doctor to review his draft of the NARSUM. He was very collegial and ask for me to verify that everything was right and nothing important was missed. He did an excellent job, there were only 3 or 4 minor errors. My second time through there was no coordination on the NARSUM and the PEB sent the NARSUM back to be re-accomplished. Hopefully your day goes great.
Thanks! You are correct. Guess they just added "dictation" to make it sound fancy. As you described is how it went. Have to meet with the PEBLO to review the NARSUM before it gets sent to the PEB. Thanks for the response!
