Hello everyone, here are the dates of my med board process. 6 years active duty Navy. Will provide more background info upon request:

Referred to DES: 25JUL2022
Legal brief: 11AUG2022
VA intake: 6SEP2022
First C&P exam: 23SEP2022
Last C&P exam: 19OCT2022
NMA signed: 27OCT2022
NARSUM signed and package sent to PEB: 1FEB2023 (long wait due to physician availability and improper NARSUM that had to be changed)
Called PEBLO and notified unfit, just waiting on VA ratings: 27FEB2023
PEBLO told me that the VA ratings portion could take 4-6 months and possibly up to 90 days to receive orders. Seems pretty accurate compared to other threads on the forum.

I think the estimate of 4-6 months on VA for ratings is probably inaccurate.

My stuff was submitted to the PEB in February and I'm still waiting to hear back I'm super anxious lol just tired of waiting

I see everyone else getting their fit unfit in like a month ish but my PEBLO said their just getting stuff back from October

Depending on how many contentions you made with the VA, it would be unusual for the VA to need that much more time. Your VA clock began 6 Sep. Other than forwarding your percentages to your service the VA is probably done with the initial claim. Since you are unfit the VA will open a second claim to pay you. It will not close until you submit your DD214.

Good to know. I appreciate the response. Just reached out to my PEBLO today to see if it has progressed at all.

Yeah I have heard that as well. It seems like the PEBLOs may have a way to look at where your case is at in the process prior to getting the official findings that you sign back. I was on the phone with her last conversation we had and she asked for my DOD ID, seemed to have typed it in, and then gave me that last update over the phone.

The va does not start processing your claim until finding from peb have been submitted to them.

I was given zero updates and told by everyone I could think of to ask that there was no new information to give between August and march

What is the VA White House Claim?

You can reach out to them and they can look into your case. My ratings were lost in the sauce for months so I had to go above my normal route of communication. If you Google it the contact info comes up and you can put in a claim.

Thats wierd that you have signed your unfit findings already. Might want to talk to your jag.

its the NARSUM, thats what states your unfit then goes to PEB for ratings. DRAS is the last site, and thats where mine has been since Nov
