C & p peblo tdrl pdrl. I know there are tons more can someone just go over what i should know. I feel as if I'm going end up in this situation soon. I can't focus, sleep problems, anxiety, stress, depressed. I think i may be going to medical soon of i cannot get better on my own and dont know what to expect. Been in almost 12 years and dont know whats wrong.
