Morning all. Hoping somebody would have any answers or direction to give. I was medically retired back in May of 2022 through MH. I just received my PDRL orders moving me from TDRL, no change to my referring conditions percentage. How do I file for P&T through the VA, or is that something they will process and decide on at random?

The VA is completely separate from TDRL exam. You fall into the boat as many others that have one or more conditions that aren't considered permanent and therefore a future exam will be scheduled to see if your condition has changed. You can submit a request to the VA to P&T. I would reach out to a VSO and they can help you do that. You can also google how to do it. Since this is a VA thing and has nothing to do with PDRL or TDLR there are a lot of resources on google:)

Just buy googling your questions on the first query this popped up:

You can also open a new claim inside eBenefits or VA.gov and type the disability of “Request for 100% Permanent and Total VA Disability” and upload medical evidence, buddy letters, and a letter from a doctor.
