I was scheduled for my Formal NDR board the first week of Jan 2024. the day before, I was informed just before the board convened that the board agreed to refer my case back to HRC for another review if I waived the proceeding. I guess I'm a little confused they are the ones who stated it was non-duty related to begin with.. The OSC believes we can always request another FPEB if needed.. sounds like another long waiting game..
