Looking to see what folks have been experiencing as far as time between notification of PEB package receipt to notification of decision from PEBLO. Air Force only. Please include base assigned. Thanks

So recently a few individuals on here were sent up to the PEB in March and they got results back in about 2 weeks. Capybara and BlueMaestro both went up to the PEB on like 14 March and Capybara's came back on the 25th and BlueMaestro's was on the 29th (Roughly 2 weeks for both of them). It seems like the PEB has maybe slowed back down again because before the month of March, many people on here were saying the PEB was backed up and their cases were taking 3-4 weeks to come back. It is weird though because my VA.gov claim closed out 1 day after I got the email from AFPC that stated they received my package (4 APR for AFPC email, and 5 APR for case closeout on VA.gov). Based on Capybara and BlueMaestros timeline I was expecting my IPEB results NLT than 19 APR if we were comparing timelines to recent people who had their results come back. Im hopeful that maybe they are off by a couple days, but I have learned that this whole process is a shitshow and it's really hard to accurately predict timelines and it varies greatly per individual. I try to not think about it because its a huge let down when things dont come back when I expect them to and it makes the process more stressful lol.

I have the same question, my MEB has been too slow. My package was sent on the 8th April and I received the confirmation email on the 12th. My PEBLO told me that AFPC is backed up.

Mine was sent in on 1 April, receipt confirmation on 7 April...still waiting on final decision

I hope you guys get your results back soon. Honestly, it shouldnt be too much longer considering everyone else was sent to IPEB around the same time. Me and Andher both got ours back at the same time today and we both got sent up on the exact same day to IPEB.

Well, if we are going day for day, today should be my day based on you and andher's timeline from PEB acceptance. Did you get a call or email?

Im going to appeal. Let me know the timeline for your VARR. Today I requested the FPEB. Waiting for ODC attorney to contact me.
So the VARR wont be submitted until 6 days after your FPEB hearing date. What they do is they have to give at least 10 days from when you return the 1180 and then right before your trial day, the attorney will have you waive your rights to an FPEB if you just wanna do the VARR without FPEB. After you waive your rights it activates another 6 days after for your attorney to submit the VARR I was told they utilize all days to do the package so expect at least 16 days until your package even hits the VA. It could be longer than 16 because that 10 days could be more than 10 for your FPEB hearing date. Of course this only applies if you dont want to actually do FPEB. The attorney will always usually have you say you want the FPEB because it buys them more time. But you could also do the FPEB and try to add more unfitting conditions.

Thanks for that information. I just want to do the VARR, I was referred with 4 conditions and ended up with 10 total. They gave me 0 in unfitting conditions that really affect me a lot and I'm not happy about it.

Any updates? Let me know how long takes to get your rating back. My formal hearing is next week, but I'm just doing the VARR.
