Hey so question, the PEB accepted my case for action on December 17th, I was originally told by my Legal Attorney that cause I already had my VA ratings done, I should expect to get my findings back some time mid to late January. Ofc it was right before the holidays so my package got lagged behind a bit but I’m just curious what yall think my realistic timeline would be? Thanks in advance.

I still haven't recieved member elections. I applied for VR&E. My counselor told me my VA proposed ratings (not the breakdown). Called my peblo to see where I was in the peb process she said I had unfit findings, when it was found, and a combined disability rating at 90% but didn't have the breakdown for DoD or the VA so I am currently at the stage before elections. I put the day when my case was accepted to the PEB and when I got found unfit into Genai for a predicted timeline and it said around Jan 30 so im currently using that as my timeline.Damn that long of a timeline? Update if anyone is wondering, called Wounded Warrior East today, wanted to see if they could provide any information or updates on my case. So PEB Admin received my ratings on January 23rd, it’s active as of right now and average inbox time is 30 days to finish and receive my case findings back. So should hear something within this month to early March realistically
I mean the Wounded Warrior BN East number is 910-451-4812 that’s the number I used to get in contact with them.Do you have a contact number for them? Every time I call no one answers
