Hello everyone. I just recently joined to ask a question. So my original ETS is next month July 2021. But I’m currently in process of PEB. I talked to my PEBLO and he said they requested a medical extension. Can I ask what will happen if they somehow messed up and don’t extend my stay? Also, while going through PEB, the PEB decides if you’re fit or unfit for duty right? While waiting, can you still go back to duty but with restrictions? Thank you :)
 
If they messed up and extension didn’t go through you are going to continue your IDES process in the reserves or NG. I’m going through the same thing my ETS is exactly a month from today, I did an extension back in early May and still hasn’t went through yet so I’m in a limbo

How exactly? Like do I outprocess then go to a unit in NG or reserves? Thank you.
 
Have you started SFL-TAP? If yes then one of the steps was to see the NG or reserve for the mandatory service. So yes you would out-process

Yes I did. If I do that, what will happen to the PEB process? Will they hold it or continuous? Also, will my peblo be informed? I’m sorry I was just never brief about all this stuff. Thank you.
 
It will continue into your NG or reserve time. It won’t stop. Your PEBLO should know this and brief you on it. Mine did

No he never mentioned anything like that. Well he only made me signed papers and he never really talked to me about anything. Does the company commanders know that?
 
If you already signed it then keep checking your SRB to see if it changed. Did mine a month ago and still haven’t heard anything but I’m not sure if commanders know about it.
