PERS-9?

I have an open MNCC case (Retirements or Separations, PDRL TDRL, status Assigned processing) since 08 Jan 2026. I contacted MNCC today and they said my case is with PERS 9 for review.

Timeline

VA proposed ratings completed 28 Nov 2025
IPEB received my package 09 Dec 2025
PERS 9 review since 08 Jan 2026

I’m expecting a PDRL outcome based on my referred conditions and all other claimed conditions. I am VA proposed 100% P&T. Anyone know how long PERS 9 takes to review before PEBLO gets findings or you moved to elections. Any indicators it was about to clear?
 
My case has been open since 12 June 2025. About 8 days after the PEB accepted my case, and 6 days after they made their fitness determination at the IPEB. My timeline is below, and it still hasn't updated.

IPEB Fitness Determination: Unfit 6 Jun 25
VA Preparation for Decision Phase: 30 Jun 25
VA Decision Phase: 2 Jul 25
VA Claim Closed/Letter Sent: 21 Jul 25
Ratings Received: 10%DoD/90%VA 29 Jul 25
Submitted Election of Options: Elected to NOT ACCEPT IPEB Findings. 4 Aug 25
FPEB Date: 28 Aug 25
New FPEB Date: 4 Dec 25
FPEB Results: PDRL, Added my argued conditions to get me over 30% on the DoD side. DES Attorney is going to work with me to submit a VARR and try to maximize my conditions on the VA side before I'm discharged.
FPEB Findings Received: 22 Dec 25. Told I have 15 calendar days to sign and submit my election of options, which includes my VARR.
VARR Submitted: 27 Jan 26.

Yeah well you did a FPEB and a VARR of course your case is going to be different and longer than mine and others. But from the time your case opens on MNCC until you got your initial DoD results was 47 days.

What number did you call to reach MNCC?

I just called and they said my case has been sent to TSC Norfolk. My Peblo hasn't reached out for any updates. My case was opened on MNCC on 22DEC2025

Yeah they told me the same thing and that it was with PERS-9 since January 8th
 
I emailed my PEBLO this morning since it’s been 62 days since my package was sent to the PEB. Hopefully good news this week!

This is what she said. “I’m hoping to receive your findings any day now. I have received just about all cases findings that I had sent before you. You’re the next on my list.”
