I'm roughly on the same timeline as you. PEB Accepted August 11, 2022. Looks like "DivisionOfIQ" got his VA decision pretty quickly though and my last exam was in May-June. So hoping nothing is wrong there. VA.gov has it on the "Evidence gathering, review and decision stage". Which isn't very helpful cus that's the whole process lol

Any updates? I got mine sent to the PEB on aug 10th

Not yet. If yours was just sent then you should be getting a message in MOL around now that it was accepted.

I was found unfit on 8/22 and was told the package is coming back on 9/6. Btw, you do know that the day you signed he package isn't the day that the package is being reviewed? I signed my package on 6/10 and the package was accepted for review on 7/11.

wow that's fast. congrats. assuming you wanted to be found unfit. Yes I'm aware that the date signed is not the same as date accepted. I signed my package early to mid July I believe and got a notification that it was "accepted by PEB for action" 08/11.

Was there an additional notification that it was getting reviewed?
do you have any updates as of a new EAS if you accepted your findings?

How long was it from having your case accepted? IDK when my case was accepted but it says accepted now only date it states is aug 10th
Sorry not sure in your case. I signed my package I believe 7/10 and saw a notification saying it was accepted by PEB for action 08/11. My buddy who is also on a MED Board signed his a couple weeks after mine and his was also accepted at the same time. It may be that they accept the new packages early each month. Yours was possibly just sent during the time they were actively accepting them so the turn around was quicker.

I’m so confused on how people are getting out so fast. My PEB was sent may 10 and I haven’t heard a single thing since and now the whole system is down so who knows how much longer it will be

Yeah, I have had buddies who's cases have taken longer than people that were submitted after them. I think the standard injuries go faster. I was told to contact my peblo December 1st if I hadn't heard anything by then. Now that the system is down though who knows. After it's posted that the system is back up possibly try speaking to the director at the peblo office. Sometimes they have a bit more insight into what is going on. Not sure if you've done that already though. Best of luck

SYSTEM BACK UP!

Just saw on the forum where the downage was posted that the system is back online as of today

Any update on your case? I'm one day ahead of you, wondering how its going for us Marines, systems back up and wondering if we are on the same track.
No updates as of now. Judging by the timelines I've been seeing I'm not really expecting anything till November. I'll update if I hear anything though. Please do the same

Legal Brief: end of Dec 21/ begining Jan22
last va appt: Jan 25th
sent to PEB May 10
PEB Accepted: May 31
now I haven't heard anything and keep getting told it should be soon since mid August. Hopefully everyone else is having a faster turn around

any updates? Called my laywer today and he said that from what he says its almost done and theyve concluded just finalizing. He said something should come this week.

none as of yet. Do you have a personal lawyer or was that the med bd lawyer? My buddy that submitted a month before me just got his findings so hopeful for next month. I also called the VA and they said they can't give me a proposed rating until the dod side is done. not sure if that checks out since I seem to recall others getting va ratings back first.

Yeah I read if you call at different times of the day. One of them will slip up and tell you. It’s the MEB lawyer, they can see a little bit of the process
