You must be patient. The IDES/MEB/PEB process is a world of its own and patience is key…the entire process from notification of being placed into IDES, to your last day in the Army can take as little as 6 months and as long as 2 years or more.
Especially with Covid, things are way backed up and paperwork at most agencies/sections are log jammed.
I am pretty sure your paperwork is somewhere and someone is tracking your IDES, it just takes time…
however that being said, there is that possibility that your paperwork fell thru the cracks and no one is tracking you being in IDES.
It all depends on what you want…if you want to stay in, I wouldnt reach out to anyone and just continue to go to work every day and let someone else figure out that you fell thru the cracks…if you want to get out ASAP, then you should continue what your doing and placing calls and emails every day….
Most major installations have an IDES office, you can always go there and see if they can find you in their system.
Just like Alex94 said, check your P3 or P4 profile and contact whoever signed off on it. You can also try to call your BN or BDE S1 or your MEDCOM.
just remember to be patient, you are at the very beginning of a long journey.
