I am currently going through a MEDBOARD, I am in the FPEB phase and I am trying to get letter of recommendations from my commander/previous commanders, etc. Do you have any examples of letter I could use? The IPEB found me unfit for duty due to Lupus SLE and recommended retirement with 100% from VA. I have 16 1/2 years in and wish to stay in the AF. I read some of your posts where you make recommendations for letter of member that want to leave the Air Force but I didn't see any for members that want to fight to remain in.

I can't find my copy of a letter I wrote for an O-6. He gave me outline that he got from the board. Perhaps your attorney has a copy of the board's draft letters.
