Hello can someone please help me understand I found this in my TOL file. Basically will this be a strong case with the PEB or will they have me stay in service? And what can I tell what my rating is? If so how can you tell. Thanks.
They marked the box that corresponds with a 70% rating for mental health. The second question essentially says it happened in service, so it is service connected. This would likely result in being considered unfit for service.

Hello, on the DA Form 3947 everything except the condition that referred me to MEB says doesn’t meet retention standard, existed prior to service yes, and permanently aggravated by service yes. Everything else meets retention standard. Does this mean I’ll be retained? My commander referred me to MEB/ evaluation and that’s the only thing that doesn’t meet retention. Any idea what this means? Has anyone had this issue as well?
As long as its permanently aggravated you are good! No difference between that and service connected
