Being that im on at an I&I duty station no one knew how to do it and no one from my command was willing to help so everyone sat on my case and everything until I did everything myself and found the right people in Jan 2021 and then they kept sitting on it and sitting on it until June when i finally get in touch with a PEBLO local Army side and finally My PEBLO for my Marines case and yeah here I am.why did your case take so long to go to DC?

So i shouldve been out by now if everything was done right in the first place. Also my PEBLO Marines side is no help at all and it wasnt until after my case was sent to PEB i finally got my IDES Attorney.. Needless to say he was not happy in the least bit with how everything got done.
But i got my Proposed Ratings Oct 28th so a little glimmer in light.

Just FYI boys/girls etc…. Waiting for the PEB findings was one thing. If you think that wait was killing you, waiting for orders is a different beast. Especially when your EAS is coming up.
Who do we need to contact in order to have a PEB tracker created for USMC/Navy Personnel? Its a little fucked up that the Army has a tracker and the peace of mind at that but we can't any of that, but that would make to much sense. What happened to Equal Opportunity or the Freedom of Information Act... This is beyond bull shite
