Range of motion wrist question

I have a Non-union R Schaphoid Fracture. It was caused while on active duty. I am still on active duty awaiting my MED board. I do not know what to expect as my VA has it as Non union SF on my disability. I have 0 range of motion in my hand I can not move it at all. And there is constant pulsing pain. It can not be corrected by surgery as the doctor told me that I should live with it because the surgery could cause worse complications. What can I claim due to this other then range of motion? It is also my dominant hand as I am right handed. I just want to make sure I claim all i can for this condition. I don't have arthritis yet although I will expect it in the near future.

Get into the VASRD and read the section on the wrist. There will be specified range of motion limits and ratings there. It should also talk about rating for dom hand.

ya it only rates 10%-20% from what I saw which just seems really really low to me. since it is my dominant hand and i have lost basically the ability to use it outside of typing and moving a mouse or picking up things that weight less then like 3-4 lbs. Plus the constant pain.
