Does anyone have experience with how long it’s been after getting your findings back for you to get your retirement/separation orders?

Also if you get your orders and date are you able to request to push the date at all or does anyone have experience with that?
 
You should call PERS and Wounded Warrior near you. They'd explain the normal wait time for you, but it shouldn't be long after your findings. There's been a trend of someone not passing the results to PERS and nothing happens... make sure that isn't happening to you.

You should be able to request a later date, but for Marines at least, you need commander approval. They usually give you enough time to take a good chunk of terminal.
