Hello,

Thank you for your time and support thought out this site. I wanted to ask if by any chance you knew where I can get a copy of SECNAVINST 1850.4D. I have sent a FOIA request but it seems it will take a long time. I am needing it to file a petition to BCNR.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You can probably find it by using wayback machine or web archive. You would want to use it on the secnav site

I have a copy of this from my Court of Federal Claims case. I served 1994-2002. I can send it via email. SeaAirMariner@Gmail is where you can find me.
