It sounds like my PEBLO sat on my paperwork. Several people that signed there's 10-14 days after me got their dates today. He sent me a vague email that sounded a bit like mine got sent this week.

No. Messages are released based on whenever PEB sends indexes. So if PEB sends 2 indexes in a given week, two rounds of messages. If there's two or three weeks between PEB indexes, then that is how long it takes between groups of message traffic.

New DOD instruction change Feb 2023. Now branches have 26 days to separate, plus PTDY (10, 20, or 30 days, depending on situation).
