Just signed my Formal hearing results! I can see the light at the tunnel!

Iv read it takes 1-2 weeks for pers to send out the OIX message to the command. I’m hoping my retirement date can be the end of May. Is that too soon? I just want my retirement date to be at the end of the month so it’s a smooth transition to getting VA payments. Anyone signed findings recently and can provide how long before they got the OIX Message?

15JUL25 1st DES referral..cancelled
26JUL25 Filed BDD claim in hopes expediting
26AUG25 2nd DES Referral
26AUG25 MEBBA Review
11SEP25 1st C&P exam
22SEP25 last C&P exam (under BDD)
02OCT25 Met with MSC ordered 1 more exam
4NOV25 Last C&P exam again
11NOV25 NMA signed by CO
21NOV25 PEBLO received all C&P exams
26NOV25 C&P reconciliation completed
28NOV25 VA app claim closed
01DEC25 Called VA, got proposed ratings
01DEC25 Received SM Certification
03DEC25 Talked with DES attorney
5DEC25 Submitted statement & rebuttal
9DEC25 Received provider surrebuttal
9DEC25 CA Certification completed
9DEC25 MEB phase Complete
9DEC25 Package sent to PEB
18FEB26 IPEB results/ requested FPEB
5MAR26 Formal hearing
8APR26 Formal hearing results/signed findings

I have a similar timeline. I signed on 2 April and was told about 2 weeks to get a date. From what I’ve seen in other Navy groups, they’re giving out end of May dates. That also lines up with the 43 day trend people keep mentioning.

What other navy groups are you referring to ? I’m trying to join them so I can get the most info.

Hopefully we both can get retirement dates end of May!
 
Should be about two weeks from signing your findings until the message traffic gets sent. In recent times, the messages get released on Mondays and it seems they release them twice a month. You will likely get an end of May date. If you haven't done TAP yet do that now. Once the message comes out, work through all of the retirement paperwork. Remember you get 20 days of PTDY and as much terminal leave as you have/ have time to take. Congrats and best of luck!

So you can go to TAPS anytime? Because my PEBLO said wait until findings come back and message and they should tell me when i shouls go, do all my retirement stuff and leave.
 
I keep seeing people talking about seeing a status of something in the VA app. I am at the point in my PEB where I sent off my NARSUM and am now waiting on findings, but my VA app doesn't show any claims. Is there something you have to do to be able to see that, because I thought it wouldn't show anything?
 
I accepted findings on 24 March and have yet to see relevant message traffic. Also hoping for end of May

I saw a completed claim from the VA but there were no files or attachments with details. This was roughly 6 weeks before the board convened and results were released.

I was able to upload the app and saw that my claim was completed and a form was mailed out. I just asked my PEBLO and she said that it really doesnt mean much for me at this point in the process. When I asked if she could see the form on her end she said "I actually don't know. However what I do know it sets hopes in everyone and I get to be the bearer of bad news."
