Signed my 199. Unit still wants to send me to white cell JRTC.

Just signed my 199. 20% VA. 100 p&t VA. (“Hid” a bunch of injuries. So the primary injury wasn’t as severe. Don’t care to appeal) as mentioned. My unit wants to send me to JRTC on the 13. Stating “you’ll still have time to clear when you come back” I purposely didn’t take any leave so I could get out sooner due to the fact I have employment lined up and I’m at Bragg. It’s taken way longer than 6 months. My future employer is getting impatient on waiting for me. Is there a reg stating that I can’t go once I get my 199?

Your current unit is dumb. Have you talked to IDES JAG or Peblo? They are the best ones to answer and if needed intervene.
 
Yes. My peblo reached out and was swiftly shot down. Ides jag and bondsman are currently reaching out. My leadership doesn’t seem to like when civilians reach out. So I’m trying to come up with a regulation to show them.

wow! Your unit's leadership is toxic. How does this benefit the Army or you? It seems punitive.

100%. Misguided and insecure commanders do this to send a “message” to the rest of the unit. For some reason they take it personal when someone MEBs - wrongly assuming everyone is faking injuries.

I would use any and every avenue available for recourse: IG, Congress, open door policy of the first CG. This is wrong on every level and potentially dangerous.
 
I'd submit it as fraud, WASTE, and abuse. Your command is wasting tax payer money on "training" you will never use.
