System still down?

Mine went forward on the 18th
Alright - now how can we tell if we are fit/unfit? According to my PEBLO the system that moves the little Soldier around on the MyMEB is part of what is down. She said the only way I can tell is by calling her and asking if my packet has moved to the VA or not. Supposedly there is a policy that she cannot call and inform me regarding this status change. Is there an eBenefits change that I can be looking for?
yeah I got my ratings back in October but they said 3 weeks possibly plus 60 daysI've been waiting for my percentages for a month; called my Peblo yesterday and he said the system is still down. On my MEB tracker it shows my % have been up since November 9th. How many of you are also waiting on the % because of this situation?

One of my soldiers was found unfit last year and he got a letter stating that the board found him unfit and his PEBLO told him that he should be expecting another letter with his ratings. He was a traditional Guardsman. I don't know if that makes a difference.
My packet was sent down today via SAFE. Heard I could get my unfit duty memo in 15 days.

I got my unfit memo on 24 jan and it was sent up on 12 jan. If i read my memo right they sent everything to VA for ratings, my ebenefits has been going crazy it has been changing from review of evidence to gathering evidence it change like 4 times today. My memo was signed by the COL on 19 Jan

How did you get your ratings from the VA faxed?Yes I agreee same here Peblo acts like its a burden to talk to me and always knows nothing - got my ratings from VA faxed as well after Peblo said she dont know them -- ready to sign and move on (Jobs House everything lined up and yet nothing moving forward )
My PEBLO told me that my packet moved from the Army to VA on Friday. That took 9 days.
