everything is super quick once you sign the findings we are just waiting at this point I have so many days of leave I’m just taking leave every Thursday and Friday till my terminal.

Is there a reason that you are taking the leave now and not saving it for terminal?
Yeah I would save that up. If your unit doesn’t have work for you to do just go check in and pop smoke
Honestly would be smarter not to take leave but I’m using the 2 days off a week to plan my future like making appointments with jobs and finding a place to live for when I do separate. Plus I have so many and wanted a extra day off with the wife.
I have 90 days of leave and I can't sell it all back/use it all for terminal leave.

Talked to lawyer today he has access to a website where he can track where my case it at through the whole process. It’s been with QA since august 2nd. Good news I know where it is lol. Once they finish they send an encrypted email to the peblo for me to sign.
When I called the lawyer he said they don't have access to anything like that. Damn haha
Not all lawyers are the same I’m lucky to have a great one but the website was built to integrate both VA and DOD process he said since he is a lawyer for the IDES program he has access. Not many people do.

Did he give you an idea on time left to wait?
He told me that he wouldn’t say because he does not want to give me false hope so I understand but he did say sooner rather than later lol. The good news is he explained that right after it’s done with them it goes to peblo.
An update for you on my end. I got an email today that my case was forwarded to my PEBLO. I am going in tomorrow at 1015 to find out my results and see what actions I will take next.
Awesome! Good luck, I also figured out I got my findings sent to me from the VA in an encrypted message in the message it said that they sent a copy to my peblo but this has been weeks ago. I’m thinking they never did…
Yeah in the letter I got it states the same thing. I think what they actually mean is it got sent back to the PEB for them to finalize. But it is also VERY obvious one hand does not talk to the other in this entire process.

I got my ratings! 70% DoD, 100% VA. I am on the TDRL.
As far as the ratings being sent back, they were sent from the VA to (in my case) Air Force Personnel Center. They were the ones who then sent down my DoD rating. My PEBLO knew that the rating had been sent, but said we were still waiting on AFPC. So it sounds to me like you are waiting for your branch's personnel center to finish up what they need to do.
