Timelines from Beginning to End

I was tagged with a short tour assignment and initiated clearance with my local BOMC office as soon as I could. I received the call from them on 24 June that they have written up the MEB package to be sent to my PCM for signature and that my profile would be updated with code 37. What is the process from here? I haven't seen or heard anything since that call with no code updated either. Additionally, I have a very short window for assignment actions on the short tour due to the RNTLTD and needing retainability. Any and all information is much appreciated!

What branch? Air Force gives a rough timeline of 180 days to complete the entire process (attached). That is IF you go the entire MEB route. It could be much shorter if DPMNR (Medical Standards) returns you to duty before you even start the MEB process. Or it could take well over a year to gather all the necessary medical records/evidence and getting everything routed as required. In short, it has the potential to be quite a lengthy process.

Thanks for your response! I am Air Force. The BOMC provider wrote the package and is/was supposed to be sending it to my PCM for signature as well as updating my ALC to 37, its just been a minutes so I was not sure. The short tour assignment is triggering this which is why it started in that office versus my PCM. I dont even have a PEBLO since nothing has started in the system.

What was the condition that got a RTD from AFPC

Currently low back and 10 months post op from a fulkerson procedure with lateral release and MPFL repair. Have been unable to perform duty tasks (lifting heavy things, kneeling, squatting) and have yet during this post op process to perform fitness test requirments with physical therapy and rehab attempts as well as steroid/cortisol injections.
