The PEB found SPC X , physically unfit to continue military service for the following PEB referred unfitting conditions:
A) Unspecified Trauma and Stressor-Related Disorder (MEB Dx 1) (V1-Yes, V3-Yes, V4-Yes)
B) Unspecified Depressive disorder (MEB Dx 2) (V1-Yes, V3-Yes, V4-Yes)
C) Pes planus, Bilateral (MEB Dx 3) (V1-No, V3-No, V4-No)
D) Plantar Fasciitis, Bilateral Feet (MEB Dx 4) (V1-No, V3-No, V4-No)
E) Healed Fractures, Bilateral Feet (MEB Dx 5) (V1-No, V3-No, V4-No)
F) Residuals of Achilles Tendon Surgery, Bilateral Ankles (MEB Dx 6) (V1-No, V3-No, V4-No)
G) Osteoarthrities, Left Foot (MEB Dx 7) (V1-No, V3-No, V4-No)

Flatfoot (Pes Planus) Bilateral: pain in both feet, pain accentuated on use both feet, pain is not relieved by arch supports, extreme tenderness of plantar service of both feet.i have decreased longitudinal arch height on weight bearing both feet, i have surgical scares related to this condition greater than 39 square cm or 6 square inches.
Post-Operative changes with retained hardware in the feet/ankles AKA Residual Achilles tendon surgery: Flare ups; yes
Initial ROM: Post ROM:
Right ankle plantar flexion: 0-30 Right ankle plantar flexion: 0-25
Pain: starts at 0 degrees Right ankle doriflexion: 0-10
Right ankle doriflexion: 0-10 left ankle plantar flexion: 0-45 or greater
Pain: starts at 0 degrees Left ankle doriflexion: 0-20 or greater
Left ankle plantar flexion: 0-45 or greater
Pain:0-45 or greater
Right ankle doriflexion: 0-20 or greater
Pain: 0-20 or greater
1. less movement than normal right
2. weakened movement both
3. in-coordination, impaired ability to execute skilled movements smoothly both

Mild Hallux valgus both sides: bilateral weak foot

b)right knee extension: no limitation right knee extension: no limitation

DJD OF THE LUMBER SPINE

I have no idea what all this stuff means.. Can some one please help me out and also what do you think as a guesstimated % rate from the army and VA? I am an active duty SM with 11 years in.
