USMC Reserves, Injured with LOD

Hello, I've been in the USMC Reserves for 4 years. I am looking for supporting documentation for reservists who are injured, receive an LOD, got surgery, but they are referred to MEB. I was injured, I have an LOD, got a surgery that didn't help. Last doctor visit they said do 1 more month of PT and if you aren't better I'll refer you to MEB.
Do reserves have the same processing time line as active duty?
If referred to MEB and found unfit, what are my obligations to drill at my unit on a monthly basis? If I'm unfit would I still be obligated to show up for drill?
What other documents can I read in order to understand the reserve process?

Thank you for the insight!

If you're found unfit, you'll be separated from service. Just like AD, <30% is a severance package, 30% or higher is disability retirement. You won't be drilling anymore. You'll be out of the service.

Roger, but once I am found unfit then will I have to show up to drill weekends? On LOD I just show up and do light duty admin stuff instead of my MOS.

You mean like, in between the time you get your findings and the time you are actually separated? That should be between you and your Reserve unit, depending on how much they need you to do for your processing.

Correct, from the time I am found unfit to separation. what are the regs or usmc orders for having to show up and not be considered AWOL?

I can't speak to regs or USMC orders. But as a Reservist, you get to move drills around, right? So my best guess is you can move drills around now, too - what are they gonna do, kick you out? But at the same time, there will be paperwork that they need you to do and processes they need you to finish, in order to properly separate you. So, why not use your drilll weekend to do that?

But, this is all guesswork from a USN Reserve perspective. So hopefully you get a better answer.
