That's exactly what I was thinking! My PEBLO said "call me in November to see your final ratings". Same thing he said with the unfit decision. Call me at the end of October for your fit or unfit. Not too happy with the lack of communication but I'll ask once a week. I got 30/90 proposed so I'm hoping it stays the same for the final ratings.
Ok this is definitely confusing. Did you sign accepting the findings? To my knowledge, they remain "proposed" until you are discharged and they can assign final ratings since you won't be AD anymore. If you signed accepting your findings and ratings then you should be waiting on a new EAS now. Unless they are doing something crazy now? I believe Navy and Marine process are the same
There's also a Facebook group called "Military PEB/IDES/Med Board Info". You may be able to explain what's going on and see what they say. There are even peblos on the page
I need to post a timeline. I recieved my proposed ratings around the same time my case went to the PEB on September 14th! Obviously I didn't sign them or anything for those. Then today my PEBLO emailed me saying I was found unfit for service by the PEB October 13th!

Ok gotcha, I was also confused because you said you were 30/90. I assumed that the DOD rating was given to you at 30%
So will I find anything else out about my final ratings on va.gov or will I have to wait to hear from my PEBLO? Thank you for reaching out btw!
Honestly, I haven't heard of what you are going through. Normally you get the fitness determination with the proposed ratings. Then you sign agreeing or request a formal board. If you agree, you get your new EAS and transition out. I reccomend asking on that Facebook group

Be ready. It comes quick. Like I said, I got my rating oct 26 and my retirement date is dec 30. Just take a breath every so often and prioritize what you need to do. Reach out to support if you're having issues or concerns. It may feel impossible but it is very possible
Currently in the same boat as well so it definitely helps to read that I'm not alone in this. Did my final QTC Appt on November 12th. Peblo said QTC Should have my package done this week and sent up to the VA. Is this the part that took a month? After the package gets sent to the VA? What can I expect or from your personal experience, any ETA you'd assume? I was told once the QTC Package is sent up itll take 4-6 weeks to get my ratings and findings back. And after that ill start preparing to get out. Sound accurate? I know with chrismas right here itll probably take 1-2 weeks longer.

No that is estimated to happen this week. Im guessing the NARSUM wont show me anything pertaining to Unfit/Fit findings?
soon after you sign your narsum, your package should be sent up

sadly no, it will have the opinion of your doctors and your chain of command
