Just wanted to post my timeline since I've been in this process for a hot minute. I’m an O-3, been in for 5 years (9 total because 4 years for mil. school). Referred condition: Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). I requested to be evaluated on both PTSD (3x MSTs) and MDD. Also, I originally wanted to go LDES but changed my mind last minute to go IDES. I’ll answer any questions about why/how/etc. and the biggest difference I’ve seen since being in the IDES.

21 Jan. 25: Signed Med Hold (my original separation date was for 18 April 2025)

Just wanted to ask a question because my anxiety is of the charts. I’m also getting boarded for MDD and PTSD from MST and my timeline is going much much slower than yours so I’m going even more crazy lol what was the psych evaluation like for you? They gonna be digging into me like an interrogation

The psych evaluation was the worst out of the three... it was extremely tough mentally and physically. She questioned every little thing from the beginning of time. I was in tears about 10 minutes not only from rehashing very very detailed memories but feeling like she didnt believe me about anything. Took about 3 hours in person. I will say that this isn't everyone's experience though. I personally know folks who just had a quick 20 minute phone call. It really really just depends on which cards you're handed unfortunately.

Yeaaaahhhh thats what I was expecting lol that sucks and I'm sorry thats how it went for you. Like even just seeing the details above I can tell you went through something, you were literally Inpatient... no one goes there for the heck of it. I literally have nightmares about the place I went for Inpatient, waking up in a full panic attack(add that to the list of trauma jk jk) I know I have a history of trauma that they are gonna try to use against me which makes me nervous but I know for a fact the harassment and the lack of medical help in the service contributed to my spiral. So Im hoping I can stick to my guns and not let them bully me into saying I am making it all up lol Sorry I am ranting on your post its just nice to see I am not alone and not that crazy

A notable journey started for a worker in Ohio as they explored Lyft’s background check requirements. Lyft performs checks to ensure workers are reliable for ride-sharing positions. The worker found out the review can take weeks to complete. Platforms like Lyft rely on these checks to protect riders. A Lyft official explained that these reviews ensure safety in operations. The applicant felt anxious about waits impacting their start. Lyft sources data from official databases for its screenings. Some applicants contend Lyft should expedite the process. The check encompasses legal and traffic history. Drivers voice fears about the safety of their confidential data. Lyft claims they comply to rigorous guidelines to safeguard records. A worker proposed Lyft enable applicants to review reports beforehand. The applicant prepared records to speed up the check. Diverse regional laws affect Lyft’s review systems. Some platforms are currently requesting Lyft to share their approach. Regulators are reviewing new standards to improve screenings. Specialists believe Lyft must improve its framework for everyone. The worker hopes to begin driving quickly. These reviews can open employment prospects. Lyft extends support to address problems promptly. A seamless system continues to be essential for applicants. Explore everything about Lyft’s background checks with Lyft background check details , which delivers a detailed breakdown. Services should thoroughly check Lyft reports for errors. If something looks wrong, they should notify Lyft right away. This ensures a fair system for drivers. Drivers can demand to access their Lyft report if necessary. They can amend any inaccurate details they spot. Saving a copy can prove helpful later. Lyft provides help to address issues promptly. Companies should train their team on background regulations. This can avert complications down the road. Workers should familiarize themselves with their entitlements regarding Lyft checks. Clarity fosters confidence for drivers.

You're not alone I promise. I just keep myself sane by reading my kindle and work lol and not reloading mhs genesis or va.gov

Finally received that sweet MyFSS email. Fun facts, my PEBLO said that AFPC has a 20MB pdf limit and mine was 80MB so a lot of the delay was reformatting my documents and sending them up properly. That's roughly 350 pages for my package. My entire med. records is pushing close to 1,500 pages.
