When did you sign? Also I believe you submit the dd214 to the VA

Your PEBLO does not advocate to the VA on your behalf. You have to take responsibility for your own case with VA.

Update: I Called MSR4 today they said their diary team that updates the EAS has not done it yet and it will take about 4 weeks which is frustrating because I would like to know my EAS sooner.
