Waiting Forever but still trying to be positive

I feel you. I started working on random projects at work. I made an excel spreadsheet of all the cities I could move to once I get out based on crime, house cost and taxes lol
This seems to be the norm now, I’m also trying not to go insane. My job I have secured keeps wondering when I’ll be back and I have nothing for them. Hopefully I don’t lose the job because of the delay.
You might talk to your provider about being transferred to the patient squadron. You will be farmed out to an easy duty, outside your unit, when your able to work and not doing appointments.
I want to do all that as well but it's harder when i don't know what my rating will be so i can have a realistic view on my future. But either way, it's a great idea to start.

I did request to do something outside the unit, and leadership said, "oh yeah we'll work on something". Silence. so yeah, i just need to be grateful i still have a desk and computer lol
Does anyone know how long it takes for the Staff Judge Advocate to look over the AF 348 (Line of Duty form) and send it back to DAWG. My case came back with no action because I needed an LOD form. I had to get a new commanders impact statement and I have resubmitted that to my PEBLO. Just wondering if anyone knows the timeline with JAG?
Can you explain the circumstances for a LOD? Generally anything other than misconduct should be automatically SC.
I was in a car accident over a year ago while active duty not on base I don't know if that matters I was also not at fault. Medical never submitted LOD form. I've been on a profile for over a year that's why I got code 37 and MEB process started my case came back with no action because I needed the LOD for my car accident.
They are supposed to do a LOD. @Guardguy11 any ideas? I am shocked at how often this happens!
I'm enlisted Active Duty and most active duty have no idea about LOD forms. I have posted my timeline so far on a separate thread. My chain of command has made this process extremely difficult. Especially with the AF 1185 form.
Okay. When people say while on Active Duty it makes me think they are guard/reserves lol. You don't need a LOD if active duty
LOL. I figured the way you worded it so I clarified. The LOD has been sent to my commander and now to JAG. My PEBLO said my case was sent back no action because I needed the LOD form. I think its because its a car accident. I'm not sure though? Do you know how long legal takes to go over the form and send it back to the board?

AD generally have LOD in the absence of a finding otherwise.
I’m trying to understand what you mean in the absence of a finding otherwise. Like in the absence of another finding other then the LOD?

All AD injuries are LOD, unless there is a finding of criminal misconduct.
Oh okay. Thank you. I have no misconduct or paperwork so I should be fine. My LOD for is still at legal being looked over. I appreciate your help.
