Waiting Game on Orders

For those who have been at this point of the process, how long does it take from the time you sign/send your DA 199 to your PEBLO till orders in hand?
 
I'm going on 20 days since I sent back the DA 199 and no word on orders. FYI: I'm in the guard.
 
So this is the last obstacle we need to clear right? Judging by the estimated time to completion I've seen others post using the army link (requires Gov network) this should take around 30 days...No?

When did you return your DA199? I'm in Texas for what it's worth.

According to my PEBLO, he said "2 weeks", Army math to me, double that and I'm coming from FL
 
Received orders on 4MAR dated 10FEB. Call your PEBLOs bc they won't call you. I have a few days before my retirement date so jumping through hoops to be done in time.
 
To clarify, orders were dated for mid-March but signed 10FEB and I found out on 4MAR.
