I'm currently going through the process here in the DMV at Walter Reed but it seems to be going slower than told initially. Is anyone else having any trouble? My timeline is below:

2 May 2023- P3 Profile
12 June 2023- IDES Brief
21 June 2023- VA claims w/MSC
11 August 2023- Completion of VA exams
7 September 2023- Exams uploaded to TOL
30 October 2023- Peblo said exams received and narsum requested
11 December 2023- Made contact to check on status of narsum and was told that they are backed up

Any help would be appreciated as this process is hindering me from making critical decisions that affect my family and I. Still haven't received anything from VA either
 
My timeline is almost exactly what yours is. My thread is here with yours (installation formerly known as "Fort Rucker").

My NARSUM came back on the 6th of December. Legal brief was 11 DEC and NARSUM was submitted to PEB that day. I haven't heard anything since. I did have an expedite memo submitted for accepted employment on 3 January, but it's not looking like that is going to be a reality. It was a $180k+ position. There's still an outside chance I can secure it, but, like you, not having a known starting date is hindering my process of taking care of my family.

All you can do is parallel plan multiple courses of action and keep looking for opportunities. Some are going to fall through, but you have to keep moving forward. Don't put all of your eggs in one basket job-wise. Research multiple careers. Ensure you sign up for VA Vocational Rehab for job training even if you're not going to end up using it. You never know...

At WR also and seriously backed up. Just finished second round of VA exams with VES and awaiting reports. P3 submitted end of July 23.
