Where can I find the notes from a C&P exam while still Active Duty?

I had a C&P done last week, and I am still Active Duty. I was told that the VA C&P exam notes would be on Tricare online.

Is this true, if so where would they be as I have looked over encounters in Tricare online?

If not, how do I obtain them since I am still Active Duty?

Give a couple of weeks after your C&P exams, your C&P exam notes will be on TRICARE under the DOCUMENTS tap. Or just make sure you check everyday say two weeks after your C&P exams.
 
You can also always walk into your nearest VA clinic and request a copy of your exams.
 
If you went to QTC for you exam you can Look at their website to track the progress, when it shows complete there you should be able to see it on Tricare online in a day or so.

Like Yukon said, if done through QTC, they'll show up on the QTC examinee portal first.

Here in Germany, they use Veterans Evaluation Services (VES), is QTC another company that the VA contracts out?
 
Go to Tricare online patient portal login ( Google that verbatim) login with your CAC, go to health information, then click the documents tab all your exams will be uploaded there for you to view.
