I got diagnosed today with Panic disorder, I was previously diagnosed with adjustment disorder by a sick call NP. Today was with an off post provider. How would the army even get my medical files. Do I need a profile for antidepressants? No one has said anything about this to me.

if you conditions stop you from being able to do your job, then a MEB could be started.
The army will likely only get your private non-military medical files if you hand carry them. Or you provide the army with a signed release that they can request them from the private provider.
Being on prescriptions does not necessarily require a limiting medical profile. Details matter and should be handled with medical.
Unless you self report about seeing private medical providers, the army will not know unless the army sent you there in the first place.

I'm curious as to how this has progressed over the last two months.
