Getting barred whike medboard for not going to board.

So I'm going through the meb process right now and I've been getting nonpromotion counseling because I cannot go to the board due to my conditions... excessive anxiety and debilitating migraines. Now my acting 1sg who is a sfc is threatening to bar me literally with a smile on his face and I've been telling him all this while I can't do it. Is there a memo I can get from my provider stating I cannot do it or what do I do?

I'm in the army. When you say " PEB counsel" do you mean my peblo or my lawyer. I just completed my MEB portion recently.

I was in the same predicament, decided not to go to the promotion board and I was barred from re enlistment but it didn’t affect my MEB process, I spoke to my peblo about it and it wasn’t a big deal. So you should be fine if you get that non promotional counseling.

Thanks soo much. If you don't mind me asking do you happen to have an example letter I could use to rebuttal my NARSUM.
