I call my PEBLO once every 2-3 weeks. It's just enough that I get updates but not enough that she screens my calls. Unfortunately, you have to figure out what works best for your PEBLO. Do you get info from emails or are calls the only way to get info? Are they in the office only a couple days a week? I only call on Wednesday because I know she's in the office, and will actually look at the spreadsheet.

She is in office everyday but is too busy to see me even when I stop by in person I’m told by her assistant to email her, which she’s never responded to any of my emails (one time I sent 12 in one month and didn’t get one reply) and she has never answered when I called her before anyways

This is the same guy who accidentally scheduled me to come in and sign my MEB package and have it submitted to the PEB on a day he wasn't even in the office.

I’m planning on it once I head out but I’m scared to now, I’m worried she will know it’s me and I try my best to be patient and polite with them but it’s hard. I have a lot to say about what a nightmare this process has been with the lack of support especially for someone separating for mental health.
Have you talked with your LIMDU Coordinator or Chain of Command? I do feel ya on how this process is a nightmare and there is little to no support through it from the people that are supposed to be helping you out.
I just typed up an ice comment. I felt so raged doing it and it’s long but it still came out so… polite, way too nice imo. Hope this does something. It at least feels good to say something. I’m sure she will know it’s me…
Got my findings--unfit 142 days at medical officer. 170 something at peb. Referred to meb september of 2020 It does end, ladies and gentlemen.
Makes me wonder how much longer I've got. My package has been at the PEB for 115 Days and at the MO for 72 Days. Congrats on finally getting your results back!

I'm kinda loling about that guy on facebook complaining about having to get a new ID. After this whole process I'd have no problem with something like that because it would actually be in my control rather than just sitting around waiting, completely in the dark.
Funny thing is I actually just got a new CAC because my last one was going to expire in November. Grew out a stupid, out of regs mustache and wore a hawaiian shirt for it too. It's gonna be my last CAC, so I decided to have some fun and make it look goofy. It's the little things.

Bro there’s a uniform order for a reason. Just make it in regs and no one can say shit. And if they do then there’s nothing they can do. That’s like a cop saying you can’t drive in the road because he doesn’t like you.
Squadron policy signed by a Colonel. I dont really care as I dont want to have a mustache but it's the principle that they went out of their way to write a policy to take away from the uniform regulation
