Other ways to get proposed ratings

Does anyone know any other ways to get your proposed ratings? Yes I’ve already called the VA saying I never received my letter & asked them to email it, but she said they were forwarded to the PEB board since I’m in IDES (I was thinking how tf did she know) so I called my PEBLO & she said she doesn’t get anything back until my whole package comes back. I don’t want to call the VA back again since when I called they already knows I was AD in IDES. Are these the only two options of getting your proposed ratings? I can wait, but I would preferred to know now so I can calculated some things
