Current Time Line A/D USMC

Just trying to compare to my timeline:

Package sent: 20Jul21 (173 days)
Accepted by PEB: 6Aug21 (156 days)
With MO: 3Sep21 (128 days)

Seems like I will be getting an answer (Fit/Unfit/Anything at all) within the next two weeks roughly.
Does this seem about right based on the timelines of others here?

How many referred conditions did you have and what were they if you don't mind me asking? I'm curious if some cases take longer due to certain types of referred conditions. Also, how many days was yours with the MO? [email protected] if you want to DM

How does leave have affect on the eas?

I talked to an admin Marine who used to work at MMSR-4 and she told me that they look at what leave you have left and add those days to come up with your EAS. I believe the max they will do though is 90 days.
Do you (or anyone else for that matter) know whether or not we are capable of taking the 20 day ptad in conjunction with our terminal leave? I believe it was the seps manual that mentioned it as something we can do, but keep noticing a lack of that in practice when I see everyone on here getting out. I am personal trying to max out my time getting paid while transitioning to a new home/lifestyle.

My understanding as to why it doesnt happen is because of how they go off the sm current leave, so like I have 30 days and say my eas comes in for Feb 27th. I would have to be all checked out and done before then, and even if I did manage all that, it would take maybe 2 ish weeks. But the process to get ptad or terminal is wonkey to say the least and so I would have to either chose taking my 30days or taking my 20 PTAD, and selling my leave days. Other wise I would have one week to do everything at once
