Same boat. Seeing cases that went up after mine come back is so disheartening.
185 days: Package to PEB 27 July
175 days: Accepted by PEB 06 Aug
153 days: With MO since 28 Aug
 
Mine was accepted Oct 28th. Received my proposal letter from the VA on Jan 20th. My PEBLO said that mind is still with the MO but I don’t know how long it’s been there. I’m gonna keep saying I should get findings in May so that I’m not upset if it doesn’t come soon lol.

Yeah this BS is unreal. I'm pretty sure there are August and September cases coming in while people from June are still waiting.

no one is mad at you, were are mad at the system that is clearly not operating based on when cases were received. we all just wish we could be you so we can move on with our lives.

well dont count me as lucky yet until i get that unfit finding since i dont have my findings yet its still a toss up tbh and im nervous... this shit has been physically and mentally draining expect the worst hope for the best am i right?

Like he said above, no one is mad at you but there are people who have been waiting a lot longer than you and still have no end in sight. It is very physically and mentally draining for all of us. But if you do get found fit, your formal board still holds a chance of coming back before any of our results lol

Still hanging on. 162 with MO and 205 since accepted.

I’ve been in this process since July 2020 however everyone and literally mean everyone sat on my stuff until April 2021 the MEB officially started June 30th 2021 and my PEBLO sat on my case the entire month of aug 2021 and finally sent the case up sep 2021 and now I’m here so almost 5 months short of 2 years being I&I duty and only near an army base no one knew what the fuck to do.

I 100% believe that this whole process needs to be reevaluated so it's not taking years on end for shit to get figured out.

I agree my case was cut and dry. I was automatically placed LIMDU and was supposed to be automatic PEB but like stated above I got fucked from the start
 
I wonder if having more 2 referred conditions would cause a slow down in my case being processed?
 
I would think my case was cut and dry also since i skipped the entire LIMDU process and went straight to medboard lol.
 
When is my VA claim supposed to update for a third or even fourth time? basically to reflect that im getting my findings soon im at either 13 or 14 days with the Presiding Officer.

It will sit at "BEL" until you get and upload your DD214 and then it will finalize and show your percentage.

But when is it supposed to update to say that? is it at the Presiding Officer, Adjudication or QA?

That’s a good question. I wish I knew. My claim got closed yesterday with the VA. Doesn’t say BEL but says claim packet was sent. I also received my VA % yesterday and I was told it was sent to the PEB.
