We did not receive a PEB report this week; however, I kindly checked the tracking system and observed that your case has been adjudicated as of 2/1/22. Since I cannot guarantee that there would be no changes due to error, I can only “UNOFFICIALLY” inform you that you were determined to be “Unfit” for Continued Active Duty.
If this remains unchanged, it appears that we may be receiving your PEB findings soon. The next step would be Rating application; then, I will notify you, as soon as received.

My claim closed in Jan and a proposal letter was sent….. then re-opened the next day to evidence gathering and review. I don’t know if it’s because I added claims during my C&P exams or not.My claim was closed in Oct and then nothing and mine doesnt say "BEL" and im at the presiding officer stage
Mine did the same thing and I didn't add anything during my C&P exams. I’ve noticed both. More on the PEB accepted side is the date to look atDate MO
Yeah the countdown doesn’t really start until it gets with the MO. I think in some instances when they are getting past a certain number of days they will look at the date sent to the peb, but i have found most people are seeing 150 plus days with the MOI’ve noticed both.
