Man, mine is wierd my PEB accepted is two days after the MO dateUnfortunately it’s not. It varies but I’ve seen anywhere between 3 days and 45 days difference in acceptance date and MO date.

I was found unfit today finally, I’m a july case. How long till I get to sign my findings my va case was closed in December. I’m so happy rn

I emailed her asking for an update earlier today. She responded saying it was now with the Presiding Officer. An hour later she called saying my findings were in and ready for me to sign!!

Your peblo may have received the news but not the findings yet. I think sometimes it goes into quality assurance and there may be a step or two in there. If you were found unfit, you'll probably get another call from your PEBLO early next week.

We did not receive a PEB report this week; however, I kindly checked the tracking system and observed that your case has been adjudicated as of 2/1/22. Since I cannot guarantee that there would be no changes due to error, I can only “UNOFFICIALLY” inform you that you were determined to be “Unfit” for Continued Active Duty.
If this remains unchanged, it appears that we may be receiving your PEB findings soon. The next step would be Rating application; then, I will notify you, as soon as received.

Im not sure. the oct 14 was when my MOL sent me a notification saying ''Your medical board case has been accepted by the PEB for action.''Is your PeB accepted date the date with the MO, if so this gives me hope…somewhat…
