Question about Technician Title 32 medical Retirement

I'm a title 32 Technician. I am 100% P&T thru the VA... (No LOD's Mostly due to Gulf War Environmental Exposures) I have over 30 Years of Military Service and about 5000 retirement points. My unreduced retirement date for title 32 technician retirement is 10 Jun 2032 (Age 60) I often wonder how I'm even allowed to remain in the Guard and why I have not been medically retired already. If I request a MEB could or would my VA compensation be re-evaluated. What is the likelihood that if I request a MEB I'd be medically retired and granted the medical retirement on the technician side?

a) you can request LDES (Legacy Disability Evaluation System) vs IDES (Integrated DES) seeing that you already have a rating b) you can have a rating of 100% from the VA and it not affect your ability to perform your military duties. If you have any conditions that preclude your ability, then you need to speak to your PCM. Are you on any temp or perm profiles showing significant impact, such as a P3 or P4? Not sure what your branch is.

I have a P3 profile, however it is not for anything I get VA Compensation for. From what I have researched I take a weekly injection of enbrel which from what I understand, makes me not meet medical readiness? Excuse me for not being familiar... "PCM"?
