What is the average turnaround after submitted to PEB? Also is there a website I can use to track the status of my case because my PEBLO isn't the best.
so PEBLO's do get updates at periodic interval? Mine has just said no update for the past 2 months -_-To answer your second question, no there is no website. That's all internal processing inside the PEB, step by step. And actually, your PEBLO doesn't even have access on a day-to-day access. It's not like they're actually a member of PEB or anything.
What you want to ask your PEBLO for is your status based on the report that PEB puts out, called the JDETS report. They don't put it out with a definitive frequency, like the 3rd Thursday of every month, but it's out every 2-4 weeks or so. Sometimes more frequently. That report should have your step in the process and how many days you've been there.

Jesus how is the process getting worse??? I thought 30 days after unfit to get findings was bad back in the summerMy Peblo was extremely rude and did not ever contact me. So I went to my lawyer MSC and they were able to give me a better timeline and more details on where everything was at. Your lawyer should have access to the JDETS and give you exact days. For example, he said people are waiting up to 65 days to get proposed ratings once they have been found unfit. I am at 48 now.
I have no idea... it's getting ridiculous, but no one can tell me anything or where I am at in the process. 51 days today, rip.Jesus how is the process getting worse??? I thought 30 days after unfit to get findings was bad back in the summer
I still haven’t been told if I’m unfit yet and I sent all the va stuff back in July. Even tho I know others have extreme issues as well but I thought a gun shot to a artery would be easy to classifyI have no idea... it's getting ridiculous, but no one can tell me anything or where I am at in the process. 51 days today, rip.
54 days with rating officer…103 days in PEB, 56 days with rating officer
Hope everyone is holding up over the holidays! Hoping the new year brings long awaited results for everyone.
They can't tell me which, but generally it goes to the rating office as soon as you are found unfit. May only be a couple days difference to get to the officer. But they told me I will not know where my case is until I get percentages. Are these the days you had to wait since it’s been assigned to the rater or the rating office in general?
Spoke with my Peblo today, told me to call back in February. Still at the VA. Found unfit 7NOV.....here's to waiting.Anybody have updates? Wondering if VA results are coming back for anyone. I'm at 61 days.
for your infit date is that when the VA put you in decission phase? my PEBLO said i won't know anything going on at the PEB until i get my findings?Spoke with my Peblo today, told me to call back in February. Still at the VA. Found unfit 7NOV.....here's to waiting.
generally yes, as soon as you are deemed unfit the VA will start working on your claims. It may take a couple days to get assigned a rating officer.for your infit date is that when the VA put you in decission phase? my PEBLO said i won't know anything going on at the PEB until i get my findings?
So 2Nov I called and they said I was in the decision phase, that's the date to go off of for "unfit"?generally yes, as soon as you are deemed unfit the VA will start working on your claims. It may take a couple days to get assigned a rating officer.
