Timeline/Status confusion

On the VA app and from Legal I got most of the information. They weren’t tracking my stuff for a while it seems as well. I’m not sure what their process is. I think it’s different in every branch.
I am Army National Guard. I submitted a VA Claim before I knew I was being med boarded. Im wondering if they have access to my VA Records and Ratings. Do you still recieve a 199 if you're found fit and returned to duty, or is the 199 just for unfit?

Is the 199 the document for findings? Active duty isn’t able to submit claims before MEB/PEB. The process for you could be a little different. The VA should send a proposed ratings decision letter.

Thats amazing good for you. I was emailed back from medcom. Thet stated im not in the MEB Process because I do not have an LOD. I am in the Non Duty Related PEB to determine fit or unfit process and Im waiting on my 199 to come back with that decision.

What does non duty related mean for you? If you’re found unfit do they just say sorry bye?

Non duty means I dont have an LOD associated with yhe unfitting condition. If im found unfit, i will medically retire with 15 years.
