Will I need new C&P exams?

I have completed all my C&P exams, but during these, the doctors told me that none of my Genesis Portal information was added to my record. Meaning they did not have any info on my medical conditions for the past 2 years. I spoke with my PEBLO and he stated I needed new C&P exams because the report would be inaccurate. In the other hand, the MSC (VA rep) stated that I did not need them because the VA is in charge of the rating. Any advice/opinions? I am in the middle of two different opinions.

**NOTE: The C&P exams are done through contracted doctors. (QTC)**

I was told the same thing it turned out that the examiner did that afterwards, i was told during exam that my tbi wasn't on record i called my msc and he told me he saw the same one already in genesis and had sent everything after c&p .
I would suggest do what i did call your msc after that tell him you would like to email him the genesis clinical notes etc and have them sent to examiner . You shouldn't need a new c&p my evidence was included in my DBQs after that

Makes sense. My doctor told me he had 48 hours to provide the report. I sent my Genesis record to my MSC, but he was on leave for 1 month. I am hoping the examiner does a new report with all my information in it. I would have to go through the appeal process with attorneys if I don’t see a fair rating.

I had over 1K missing medical records that the AF failed to send to the VA. I caught the mistake after about a month and a half. I got all my Gensis med records uploaded via my MSC despite him initially refusing. He changed his tune when I told him he had a “Duty to Assist” and that I had completed Online Training, Responsibility, Involvement, and Preparation of Claims (T.R.I.P.) VA training, which is a prerequisite to becoming a VSO. Ultimately you can upload the records yourself directly to the VA using Home - VA/DoD eBenefits.

My PEBLO send my entire records to the MSC about 1 month after the C&P exams were done. He uploaded the records and said I do not need new exams or reports done. But I don’t feel like he’s being honest, I just think he does not want to do his job. Do you recommend I just wait for the rating? Or should I be getting a lawyer ready to appeal the decision?

My c& exams took awhile to get back to me maybe he's being honest maybe he's not . There's no real reason to lie to you just call your msc or just your examiner they should have a help line mine did (optumserve)
