IPEB hasnt sent unfit to the VA

Good morning yall,
Hoping someone could offer me insight on what tree i need to shake to keep the process moving forward. My case timeline for the IPEB is below:
Nov 18 2024: IPEB submitted, MyFSS email received
Nov 22 2024: IPEB found unfit (per what My peblo can see)
Dec 30th 2024: called the VA to see if there's any guess on when I might hear everything back, they said they are just waiting on the IPEBs fit/unfit decision

I've tried to give Jeff a call but don't exactly want to blow up his phone as I'm AF and from what I understand he's navy PEB, but I want to see if there's any way I can get the process moving again. Any help would be much appreciated!

I have a number for the RI regional office where all Air Force DRASA cases are rated! You should give them a call and see if you can get info from on the ground, it's how I was able to find out my rater began working in my case yesterday. 401-223-3700

Any chance you would know if this is where Army cases go too? I am also anxiously waiting for my fit/ unfit findings

I don't have their number but I'm pretty sure army goes to the Seattle RI! If you call the 1000 line they may be able to give you their contact info
 
Told myself I'd hold out till Wednesday, but my anxiety got the better of me and I called the VA. The representative said "I don't see any specific details, but from what I can tell they've been actively looking (or working) in your case in last few days." Hopefully this means something.

I feel that anxiety piece man. I called today hoping my claim would be closed or at least further along, still in the works. I was able to determine i had been assigned to an individual rater on Thursday, if you get a cool rep you can ask if you've been assigned to an individual rater
 
I have another VA appointment scheduled for friday so the VA wont tell me what my proposed rating is just yet, even though closed the claim on the 24th :/
 
OH DANG! I THINK SOMETHING'S HAPPENING! Spoke with my VSO and he said the latest status from 3 days ago is "Pending proposed rating". The previous status was "Pending unfit for duty determination."

By VA appointment you mean DVA? Or another exam? You claim closed right?

im not sure what DVA is. and yes my claim closed on Jan 24th. and i received an email today from VES (who i ahd all my C&P exams through) saying that I have an appointment scheduled for Jan 31st.

Lmfao god damn they really know how to dig the screws in one last time! Hopefully your PEBLO reaches out soon so there's no more waiting. Did you call VES and ask what the appointment is for?

they really do man i swear. i was hopin id hear from my PEBLO this week but im unsure if havin the appointment is going to pause everything. and i talked to them earlier but i didnt have good service at work so i couldnt understand them. i also tried to log into the ves website but it wasnt allowing me to
 
to add on to that i just seen what it is for. its another mental health evaluation with someone who specializes in a specific subject

I would hope that if your claim is closed there would be nothing else VES needs and it's a clerical error. Unless they deferred one of your claims?

Oh dang, probably they need more evidence OR the rater thought you should get seen and rated for something else as well.

i was thinking that as well. like maybe the dr i saw before didnt do everything she was supposed to.

I had it pop up for me, hopefully it's just a request for a addendum so you won't have to sit through it again.
 
received myFSS email today and got my ratings from the PEBLO. i am appealing my DoD %
