Change in PEBLO

So I guess I am not the only one that has had a change in their PEBLO while in the process. My packet was sent to the PEB on 28 JAN and my boss the other day just asked if I could reach up for a quick status update from my PEBLO as he is trying to backfill my position, but can't do so until a hard date is known on when I will complete this process. So I reached out and thought it odd that I hadn't heard anything back in over a week. Even the no update response, so I reached out to the main office today and was told that my PEBLO transferred overseas and I was assigned a new PEBLO. I am glad I reached out as I don't want to waste time contacting someone who won't be able to help. My question is will this slow down my timeline at all? It is always a little frustrating when you are working with someone from the beginning and have to start over as far as building a working relationship. Has anyone had any negative experiences or positives from a change of PEBLO during their process?

i had my PEBLO replaced as well. my original was a reservist that got activated and didn't let me know. might of slowed down my process by a week but nothing more than that.
