I feel that too. started my case around November 2022, and got the finding last month, but the rating was all be messed up. Now gotta play another waiting game to appeal the rating. Didn't get into MED board for mental reasons, but right now really thinking about adding anxiety/stress on there.

Just to make sure again, VARR is able to change both DOD and VA ratings right? The reason why I'm confused is that my PEBLO and the attorney both stated that an FPEB is needed in order to appeal the DOD rating.

I just got my findings, and the PEB only used the C&P exam from QTC as a reference, which had a major discrepancy from everything else including my NARSUM. So from my situation, I would suggest you focus on your C&P exam.
